Steel Manufacturer Hannibal Ind. Opens Houston Plant, Powder Coat Facility

Hannibal Industries Inc., a Los Angeles-based steel manufacturer, is building a 42,000-square-foot expansion at its already 110,000-square-foot facility in northwest Houston that will house the company's new powder-coating production line, an environmental room and additional office space.

 

The company plans to open the offices March followed by the plant in September.

 

Steve Rogers has been named the executive vice president of Hannibal Industries and will relocate to the company's new Houston office, which is slated to open in March.

 

“Hannibal Industries has been forging ahead with its plans for Houston as our business has remained strong and shown great potential for major expansion in certain geographical regions as well as within potential new industries,” Blanton Bartlett, president of Hannibal Industries, said in a statement. “We are confident in the team we are assembling and are very proud of the work these individuals have displayed thus far."
